The role is based in Minot, ND, supporting a well-rounded oncology team including radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, and support staff. This 13-week contract position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, standard 8-hour shifts.Location:Situated in Minot, North Dakota, this cancer care center provides comprehensive outpatient oncology services. Minot is known for its welcoming community, affordable living, and a range of outdoor activities year-round, from hiking trails to cultural events, making it an appealing place to live and work.Responsibilities:Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments using advanced equipment such as TrueBeam Linacs and Xoft Brachytherapy systemsCollaborate with radiation oncologists and support staff to plan and implement patient careOperate and maintain radiation therapy devices, including Philips Big Bore CT Sim and Varian Eclipse planning softwareAccurately document treatments using Cerner EMR and Aria Record & Verify systemsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards for patient careQualifications / Desired Experience:Certified Radiation Therapist (ARRT (T))Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationMinimum of 2 years clinical experience in radiation therapyProficient in using advanced radiation therapy equipment and planning softwareAbility to work independently within a multidisciplinary teamSchedule:Monday through Friday8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (standard 8-hour day shift)This contract role is ideal for a certified Radiation Therapist seeking a focused professional assignment with a consistent schedule.
