Office Manager
Overview We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to Precision Service & Sales. The ideal candidate will be experienced, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures, including benefit coordinator
- AP/AR, chart of accounts
- Handle HR/payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Clerical duties
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Experience with payroll processing
- Ability to adapt
