We're Building Something Different in Phoenix At Bright Pathways ABA, we're not just delivering therapy — we're rebuilding the experience of autism care from the ground up. Too often, ABA feels cold and transactional. Children become "cases." Therapists are reduced to billable hours. Families feel like an afterthought. We believe it can feel different — and should. We're creating a relational model of care where children are seen as full people with stories, spark, and potential; families are partners, not accounts; and therapists are collaborators, not just implementers. We're expanding that vision to Phoenix, AZ — and we want the right people building it with us from day one. Here's Where You Come In We're looking for RBTs to join our Phoenix team on a PRN (as-needed) basis as we prepare to launch. This is an ideal opportunity for an RBT who is currently working elsewhere and wants to get in on the ground floor of something being built with real intention.
