Tax Manager Ayotte Decker LLC – Naperville, IL (Greater Chicago Area)Job Description: Tax Manager-Public AccountingWe are seeking someone with 5+ years of progressive tax consulting and compliance experience in a regional or middle market public accounting firm. A broad exposure to tax including experience in preparing and reviewing complex federal corporate (C and S), multi-state, individual, and partnership returns is required. A thorough understanding of estate and trust taxation is a plus The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of public accounting experience in a mid market, regional, or national firm. A Bachelors degree or higher and CPA certification are required.  Your prior experience should include direct engagement responsibility for either tax engagements, audit engagements, or, ideally, both.
