This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience learning how sales teams operate behind the scenes and how data, tools, and workflow design support revenue growth.In this role, you’ll work closely with sales, operations, and cross-functional partners to support reporting, pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, process improvement, and day-to-day coordination. You’ll gain exposure to the operational side of go-to-market work while helping the team stay organized, efficient, and informed.What You’ll DoSupport day-to-day sales operations activities, including data entry, reporting, and process coordinationHelp maintain CRM records, account lists, contact data, and opportunity tracking with accuracy and consistencyAssist with pipeline reporting, sales dashboards, and performance tracking across key metricsSupport lead routing, account assignment, and sales process documentation as neededHelp prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and presentations related to sales activity and business performanceAssist with auditing data for accuracy, identifying gaps, and helping improve reporting qualityPartner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to gather and organize information that supports planning and executionConduct research and analysis related to sales trends, territory performance, customer segments, or operational opportunitiesHelp document workflows, update SOPs, and support process improvement projectsAssist with special projects tied to forecasting, pipeline management, reporting automation, and operational efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Operations, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, data, and reporting toolsProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and basic analysisHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesInterest in sales operations, business operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market strategyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable learning new systems and tools quicklyBonus points for experience with CRM platforms, dashboards, or sales reporting toolsWhy Choose UsAt Pronghorn, we don’t offer jobs — we offer impact.
