Click here or copy and paste into your browser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APZBCNRYpKgAbout The RoleESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/ FUNCTIONS Full-Cycle Sourcing & ScreeningPartner with Sr. HR Manager and hiring managers to gather and document hiring needs.Assist in intake meetings by capturing key details such as role requirements, priorities, timelines, and success profiles.Help identify gaps or inconsistencies in job requirements and escalate as needed.Post job openings across internal and external platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and niche databases.Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and candidate career goals.Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a seamless experience from "Apply" to "Hire." Onboarding & New Hire ExperienceOwn the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, running background checks, and setting up new hire profiles in our HRIS.Lead Day 1 orientations to welcome new team members, explain company policies, and facilitate the completion of required paperwork (I-9s, tax forms, etc.).Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their first 90 days to ensure a successful completion of introductory period. Social Media & Event MarketingWork closely with the Corporate Marketing to ensure all recruitment content aligns with brand standards.Collaborate with Corporate Marketing on creation and execution of engaging posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to showcase open positions and our company culture.Coordinate with Corporate Marketing to source and order high-quality "swag" and marketing collateral for event booths.Represent the company at university career fairs and community outreach programs. HR Administration & SupportMaintain digital employee files, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.Assist in tracking recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, retention rates) and HR audits.Act as a backup resource for HR and Payroll-related tasks.Assist the HR team with special projects and perform other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the department.Minimum Qualifications/ KsaHigh School Diploma/GEDYou must be comfortable networking in person and "selling" our career opportunities to diverse groups.Uncompromising attention to detail with ability to multi-task.Ability to represent the company with the utmost professionalism.High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential employee information.A positive attitude and the flexibility to pivot between all assigned tasks.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business field.WORKING CONDITIONSTypical working conditions at Kitron are indoors, safe, well lit, temperature controlled, low exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors, clean and sanitary conditions with average light industrial noise. Production areas have machinery with moving parts. Static dissipative smock, and shoes are required.
