Warehouse Coordinator

Communication Data Link is looking for a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize our inventory operations. This position is for a fiber construction company. This person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations that ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and a solid understanding of inventory control.Qualifications: The ability to prioritize tasks, maintain order, and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and documentation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to ensure materials and tools are always in order. Accurately and efficiently pull and distribute materials and various stock. items to fulfill requests and work orders. Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to. predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to switch gears quickly as needs arise. Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems. Experience in Excel. Forklift/Telehandler experience and certification is a must. Willingness to jump into different assignments as needed like coordinating, operating the GPR, and door hanging notifications around town.What to expect in this position: Working in all weather conditions from time to time, dress appropriately. The role will require lifting heavy items and being on one’s feet for. extended periods of time. Variety like filling in different roles as needed, like door hanging.
