Production Specialist

Job Description:This position is responsible for cutting, building, and assembling the BeMatrix product line. Will include basic and advanced assembly techniques including use of basic hand tools and more advanced machines.Specific Responsibilities and DutiesAssemble proprietary systems from alumnium extrusion to saleable assembliesCut, saw, and drill aluminum components as requiredAble to hold tight tolerancesMaintain clean and organized work area and machines as well as assist warehouse cleaning and organizingAwareness of inventory management with ability to count and track componentsApply Velcro to framing systemStack, pack, label and assist with shipping completed projectsCheck and record completed projects for quality expectations met or exceededPerform any and all additional work as assigned by companyProvide accurate information and reports as needed by supervisor/team leaderPerform adequate preventative maintenance and general cleaning on company owned tools and machines as necessaryPerform any and all additional work as assigned by company60 Day Review: Job training progress.Company Benefits:Number of paid holidays: 11 days annuallyPTO (Paid Time Off): 5 days per calendar year if employed for the full year.
