This role is responsible for establishing new relationships with dealers, builders, and key B2B partners while building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing outside sales team across multiple territories.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business development skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and a proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansionIdentify, establish, and nurture relationships with new dealers, distributors, and strategic partnersRecruit, train, and manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives across assigned regionsSet sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed goalsCollaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align sales initiatives with company objectivesSupport the outside sales team in lead generation, client meetings, and closing key accountsAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategiesTravel to meet with clients, partners, and team members in the fieldDevelop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including dealers and buildersQualifications:Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a national or regional capacityDemonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teamsStrong experience in B2B sales, dealer networks, or distribution channelsExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to develop strategic plans and execute them effectivelyWillingness to travel frequentlyKey Competencies:Leadership and team developmentStrategic thinking and executionRelationship building and networkingResults-oriented mindsetStrong organizational and analytical skillsHow This Role Connects to the Outside Sales Team:The National Sales Manager will directly oversee and support Outside Sales Representatives who are responsible for traveling within their territories, meeting clients and prospects in person, generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth with B2B accounts, dealers, and builders.
