About This Position
Coordinate regional human resources recruitment and third-party labor management process requirements. Cooperate with the company's human resources team to implement human resources related business needs
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Developing and maintain job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Perform reference checks as need
Monitoring onboarding process
Staffing Agency Research - Identify and evaluate staffing agencies, analyzing their capabilities and past performance. Build and maintain a network of reliable staffing partners.
Contract Review and Negotiation - Review and negotiate contracts with staffing agencies, ensuring terms are favorable and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Labor Ordering and Coordination and monitor and track labor orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Communication as a liaison between the company and staffing agencies, facilitating effective communication. Resolve issues and conflicts with staffing agencies professionally and efficiently.
Compliance and Documentation - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of contracts, orders, and labor-related documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of recruiting and out sourcing labor experience preferred
Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office package
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
