Dallas, US Job Type : Contract Work location : onsite Salary : $80 / Hourly Description As a Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, building, and governing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform. This role translates business requirements into technical cloud solutions and ensures best practices across security, reliability, performance, and cost optimization. Responsibilities Design end-to-end cloud architectures using GCP services aligned with business and technical requirements Define cloud standards, reference architectures, and best practices across teams Lead migration of on-prem or multi-cloud workloads to GCP Architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems Implement security, IAM, networking, and compliance controls Optimize cloud costs using monitoring, budgets, and resource governance Collaborate with engineering, data, DevOps, and security teams Review architectures, conduct design assessments, and mitigate risks Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation Act as a technical advisor for cloud strategy and roadmap decisions Required Skill Set Google Cloud Platform
