[Accounts Receivable / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $26.92 to $32.00-hr / Medical-Dental-Vision / PTO / 401k match / Continuing Education - As a Credit & Collections Representative, you will: be responsible for managing and collecting on all past due accounts; review and analyze customer payment history to determine appropriate collection strategies; communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve any outstanding balances; create and maintain accurate records of all collection activities; identify and escalate any high-risk accounts to the appropriate department; work closely with the sales team to address any billing or payment issues; follow up with clients to ensure timely payments are made.
