The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Duties: - Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms - Perform laundry duties as needed - Maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces, including floors, countertops, and windows - Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory - Develop and implement effective housekeeping management strategies - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our clients - Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to achieve team goals - Maintain confidentiality and discretion when performing duties - Perform other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications: - Experience in residential or commercial cleaning - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized environment - Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies - Experience with laundry and sanitizing procedures - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to follow instructions - Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with clients and colleagues - Reliable Transportation - Ability to pass a background check Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
