Job Description Salary:Heavy Equipment OperatorAbout the RoleWe are seeking skilled and safetyfocused Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience operating a wide range of earthmoving and construction equipment and a strong commitment to quality work and jobsite safety.Seeking Operators for the Following EquipmentCandidates should be proficient with one or more of the following machines:ScraperBulldozerMotor GraderExcavatorSkid SteerRoller/CompactorCDL Water Truck (Valid CDL required)Agricultural TractorSmall TrencherResponsibilitiesOperate equipment safely and efficiently for earthmoving, grading, trenching, backfilling, and general site development tasks.Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on assigned equipment.Follow project plans, grade stakes, and directions from supervisors.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work cooperatively with ground crews and other operators to complete tasks on schedule.Adhere to all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety protocols.QualificationsProven experience operating heavy equipment listed above.Valid drivers license; CDL required for Water Truck operators.Ability to read and interpret grade stakes, construction drawings, and site plans (preferred).Strong awareness of safety procedures.Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions.Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while operating equipment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.Capability to climb on/off machines safely.Why Join Us?Competitive pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesSafety-focused cultureOpportunities for training and advancementRetirement BenefitsHealth, Vision, Dental, Life, and Short-Term Disability Insurance
