Job Description ComResource is looking for a Principal Solution Architect.We need someone to assist in designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions while guiding architecture strategy and mentoring engineering teams.Responsibilities:Define and drive long-term technology strategy for products and platformsDesign and document enterprise architecture solutionsCollaborate with business and IT teams to align solutions with objectivesEvaluate and integrate third-party software solutionsServe as a liaison with vendors and manage technology roadmapsEnsure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standardsLead modernization efforts and improve legacy systemsProvide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoringSupport operational excellence through automation and best practicesEssentials:Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience5+ years of relevant IT or engineering experienceStrong experience with enterprise architecture and system designExperience with microservices and distributed systemsExperience with RESTful APIs and backend developmentStrong understanding of security best practicesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsDesired:Experience with Java and Spring frameworksExperience working in Agile environmentsExperience with cloud and containerized applicationsExperience in financial services or regulated industriesReq ID: AM989243318
