Human Resources Manager
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to hire aHuman Resources Managerwho will lead HR operations across multiple sites. What You’ll Do
Lead all HR functions across multiple facilities, including recruitment, retention, and employee development
Serve as the primary point of contact forlabor relations , including union contract administration and negotiations
Build and maintain a positive employee relations environment across hourly and salaried teams
Oversee benefits, compensation, HR reporting, and compliance initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, OSHA, FMLA, and internal policies
Manage workers’ compensation, safety programs, and employee health initiatives
Partner closely with plant and executive leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
Lead and develop HR staff while driving performance and accountability
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3–5+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally withinmanufacturing or production environments
Direct experience supporting union environments and labor relations
Provencareer stability and long-term tenure
Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
