You will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the property, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service delivery, and achieving ambitious financial targets. Leading a large, multi-disciplinary team, you will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality.Responsibilities:Overall operational leadership and day-to-day management of the resortDriving revenue, profitability, and commercial performanceChampioning the guest experience and maintaining luxury brand standardsBuilding, mentoring, and inspiring a large team across all departmentsManaging owner and stakeholder relationships with transparency and professionalismOverseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingEnsuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirementsRepresenting the property within the broader portfolio and local communityWhat you’ll bring:Significant experience as a General Manager or senior resort leader within luxury hospitalityA strong track record of leading large, diverse teamsProven commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindsetExcellence in guest relations and a genuine passion for luxury serviceStrong financial literacy and experience managing complex P&LsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working in remote, island, or international environments is highly advantageousPackageSalary: US $115,000 per year + competitive expat benefits
