As a general liability and professional liability attorney at LBBK, you will defend clients across a broad range of matters with direct partner mentorship, meaningful client contact, and real opportunities for practice development and professional growth.RESPONSIBILITIESDefend clients in a broad range of general liability and professional liability matters, including premises liability, products liability, errors and omissions, and related claimsInvestigate general liability and professional liability claims and defenses, analyze liability and damages, and develop case handling strategiesConduct legal research and analysis in support of general liability and professional liability defense strategiesDraft letters, memos, motions, and pleadings across general liability and professional liability practice areasPrepare discovery requests/responses and take/defend depositionsRepresent clients at court conferences, hearings, mediations, and trial/arbitration in San Francisco-area state and federal courtsCommunicate regularly with partners, associates, paralegals, clients, and opposing counselMeet a 1,850 annual billable hours requirementCOMPENSATIONBase salary of $150,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience.
