Job Description Medasource is seeking a local contract nurse RN Long Term Care for a local contract nursing job in Erie, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract This position is located in a long-term care for veterans, including skilled nursing, personal care, memory care for residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, as well as short-term rehabilitation services. Care includes 24/7 nursing support, medication management, assistance with daily living activities, and on-site clinical and therapy services Job Duties include: Direct and coordinate nursing care, staffing, and resources on assigned shift Assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Supervise nursing staff and maintain accurate documentation Provide hands-on clinical care, including medication administration and specialized procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families Follow professional nursing standards and exercise independent clinical judgment This is a 5x8 schedule - night shift.
