We provide property restoration and disaster cleanup services - from fire and flooding to mold and asbestos - for homeowners and businesses when it matters most.THE OPPORTUNITYWe're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to grow UDK's presence in the hospitality and commercial property management sectors. This is a relationship-first, field-based role - you'll spend much of your day on the road and in front of decision-makers, building the connections that put UDK at the top of the call list when disaster strikes.If you thrive on autonomy, love face-to-face relationship building, and are energized by the challenge of turning cold contacts into long-term partners, this role was built for you. Desk-preference candidates need not apply.WHAT YOU'LL DOProspect and build relationships with hotel GMs, commercial property managers, and facilities directors across your territory.Secure approved vendor status and service level agreements with commercial and hospitality accounts.Maintain and grow an established book of business through consistent follow-up and account management.Represent UDK at industry events, trade associations, and networking luncheons.Serve as a liaison between clients and UDK's project management team when needed.Log activity, manage your pipeline, and track client interactions in CRM software.ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (40-50 hrs/week). Occasional evening or weekend events and minimal out-of-area travel for conferences throughout the year.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORField sales experience - lead generation, prospecting, and closing.A reliable vehicle and comfort with spending most of your workday driving and meeting clients.A strong existing network, or the drive to build one fast, in hospitality or commercial property management. Strong emphasis in hospitality, retail, tourism for downtown SLC, Park City, Daybreak and new Metro developments.Proficiency with CRM software to stay organized and accountable.Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and the ability to tailor your message to each audience.Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient - many relationships take time before they ever result in a job.High emotional intelligence: empathy, patience, and a personable demeanor go a long way in this industry.Uncompromising honesty and professionalism - our reputation is built on trust.No squeamishness about restoration environments - our work happens after fires, floods, and worse.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSBase Salary + Commission$65,000 base salary1% commission on account revenue generated - current BD reps earn $5,000-$30,000 annually in commission.$500/month vehicle reimbursement allowance + fuel cardBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffUtah Disaster Kleenup is an equal opportunity employer.
