Sales Representative - Upsell

A company is looking for a Sales Representative - Upsell to help grow and retain its direct to consumer subscribers. Key Responsibilities Engage and retain existing customers by delivering exceptional customer experiences Identify customer needs and upsell appropriate products and services Contact current subscribers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional offers Required Qualifications 6+ months of high volume call center and dialer based sales experience required 1-2 years of sales or account management experience with a track record of upselling preferred High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Must be 18 years or older Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound call center environment
