Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned client relationships with a focus on retention, profitability, and service excellence
Develop strategic plans and best practices that deepen client partnerships and drive measurable outcomes
Consult with clients and internal teams on global mobility trends, policy changes, and program enhancements
Design and conduct tailored client business reviews
Serve as the escalation point for client and relocating employee issues when it matters most
Partner with the Client Relations team on account management strategies and new opportunities
Support sales presentations and new client implementations as needed
Represent Plus in industry forums and professional networks
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within the global mobility industry
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, executive-level client relationships
Strong consultative and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter who works well autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly
College degree preferred or equivalent experience
CRP and/or GMS certification preferred
Compensation and Benefits Summary
This role offers a salary range of $95,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:
