The person in this role will canvas assigned neighborhoods, introduce homeowners and property managers to Zia Roofing and Gutters’ services, and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include initiating face-to-face conversations, explaining service offerings, answering basic questions, and collecting contact information for follow-up. The role also involves scheduling appointments for inspections or consultations, tracking activity and results, and providing feedback from the field to the sales team. The Door to Door Sales Representative will collaborate with sales leadership for training, ongoing coaching, and performance updates.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear, confident face-to-face interaction and active listening.Proven or emerging Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, handle objections, and close introductory commitments.Experience or interest in Training, including willingness to learn company offerings, scripts, and best practices, and apply feedback.Sales Management or leadership potential is a plus, including the ability to support team goals and follow structured sales processes.Comfort working outdoors, walking neighborhoods, and engaging with a diverse range of customers.Strong work ethic, reliability, and self-motivation to meet daily and weekly activity targets.Basic knowledge of roofing, gutters, or home improvement is helpful but not required; willingness to learn is essential.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to assigned areas.
