Nail Technician Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team at a men’s spa, dual license is highly desired. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients. Duties Perform manicures and pedicures for men only. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with state regulations and salon policies. Assist with front desk between clients. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Upsell additional services such as body hair removal, body scrubs, and massage treatments to enhance the client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology, techniques, and products. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive spa atmosphere. Knowledge of social marketing to promote nail services to generate new clients. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Dual license is highly sought. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences. A passion for the men’s wellness industry and a desire to work as part of a team to promote the spa. Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Freelance Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour Work Location: In person
