As BDR, you own front-end prospecting and qualification for the InvestorScope Business Group — research, outbound, meeting booking, and clean handoff to the Account Manager.This isn't appointment-setting in a vacuum. You sit inside a three-person Business Group (BDR, BDR Manager, Account Manager), with a path to Business Group Leader for those who learn all three roles.What the Job Looks LikeWork a daily outbound queue across call, email, and LinkedIn in GHLResearch accounts and identify the buyer's likely problem before asking for a meetingQualify against ICP fit and book discovery meetings for the Account ManagerKeep CRM data clean — accurate dispositions, tags, and stage movement, same daySupport early pilot steps: NDA triggers, intake worksheets, handoff notesWhat We're Looking For2–4 years of sales, BDR, or prospecting-heavy experienceComfortable on the phone, asking direct questions, handling rejectionStrong written communication — your outreach doesn't read like a templateDisciplined CRM habits; you document what you do, every timeCompliance judgment — you sell intelligence, not consumer contact data, skip tracing, or credit reports, and you stay inside approved language on that lineNice to haves: GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools; experience prospecting into lending, banking, insurance, proptech, or B2B SaaSWhat You Can ExpectA real Business Group to grow inside — not a call center.
