Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary: The Respiratory Therapist evaluates, treats, and cares for patients with respiratory issues. This role involves working with patients to improve their lung function and overall respiratory health. Key Responsibilities: Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy and nebulization. Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy. Perform diagnostic tests, such as pulmonary function tests. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop treatment plans. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options. Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment. Requirements: Current Respiratory Therapist license. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
