To fulfill that goal, we are currently looking for a Clinical Services Manager to serve as the external face of Triple C in the community.
The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for the day to day supportive housing operations. This position coordinates activities with the services team, and interfaces with property management, facilities, and fiscal department(s) to ensure outstanding support for consumers served. Supervises assigned staff and provides strict oversight of administrative functions to support the services team.
The Clinical Services Manager, as part of a team, supports the coordination of referrals, processing placements, completing preliminary intake assessments, organizing comprehensive service planning and assisting with discharge to transition consumers to the community.
As per NJAC 10:37B-5.2 (c): duties minimally include: supervision of day to day service provision of non-clinical staff, contributing to the development, implementation, monitoring, and updating of the individualized rehabilitation plan; performing therapeutic rehabilitative skill development; offering services appropriate to meet the consumer’s needs; performing crisis intervention; and coordinating and managing services.
