The Civil Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and reviewing project plans and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include calculating labor, material, and equipment costs, developing project budgets, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and suppliers. The role will contribute to ensuring competitive and accurate project proposals, helping the company exceed client expectations.QualificationsExperience in cost estimation, budget preparation, and financial planning for construction projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documentsExpertise in project coordination and effective communication with teams, vendors, and stakeholdersCompetency with estimation software, Agtek, HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant technology toolsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlinesKnowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and safety protocolsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferredPrior experience in civil estimating or a related construction field is highly desirable
