This is a unique, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of FP&A, strategic finance, and business operations.Rather than a traditional FP&A position, this role acts as the “connective tissue” across the organization—partnering closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, execute key initiatives, and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.Responsibilities: Serve as a key advisor to finance leadership on strategic initiatives, translating high-level priorities into actionable plans and financial models Lead and support cross-functional projects, driving alignment and execution across departments Partner with business leaders to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations Manage the operating cadence of the finance team, including tracking key initiatives, deliverables, and performance metrics Develop and monitor KPIs and strategic objectives, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement Support the preparation of executive and board-level presentations, including financial analysis and strategic narratives Identify gaps or “blind spots” in business performance by connecting insights across multiple data sources Drive process improvements and help build scalable workflows across finance and operationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity operations, or a similar strategic finance environment Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query / Power Pivot a plus) Proven ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience building executive-level materials (PowerPoint) Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Proactive, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious with a strong problem-solving mindset Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plusInterested in hearing more?
