Software Engineer

Our client, a leader in their sector, is seeking an experienced Applications Developer to join a collaborative technology team focused on building and supporting custom enterprise software. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, with involvement across the full development lifecycle—from initial concept to deployment and post-launch support.What You’ll Be Doing:Designing, building, and maintaining tailored software applications using the Microsoft development stackEnhancing existing systems and creating new ones to support evolving business needs and strategic initiativesActing as a key contributor on smaller efforts by working directly with users to gather requirements, build prototypes, and deploy working solutionsProviding technical oversight and implementation support on larger-scale projects, including guiding external development partnersSupporting ERP-related applications and ensuring seamless system integrationsUtilizing messaging protocols, web services, and stored procedures for data exchange and business logic executionLeveraging a modern Microsoft toolset including Visual Studio, TFS/Azure DevOps, and Smart Client applicationsCollaborating with internal teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business goals and user needsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline3–5 years of hands-on development experience in enterprise environmentsProficient in:Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET)Angular 8+HTML5, CSSMicrosoft SQL Server 2017 R2 or newerMicrosoft WCF and related web service frameworksStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
