EHS Associate

Overview Prolink is partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Florence, KY that is looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Associate to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a manufacturing background who is bilingual in English and Spanish and is interested in growing into an EHS career. No prior safety experience is required, we're willing to train the right candidate! Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $23-$25/hr (Based on experience) Requirements: Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) Previous manufacturing experience Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable training and interacting with employees on the production floor Basic computer skills Eager to learn safety procedures and regulations Responsibilities: Help promote a safe work environment throughout the facility Assist with employee safety training and new hire orientation Perform routine safety walkthroughs and document findings Maintain safety records and documentation Partner with production leadership to address safety concerns Support ongoing safety and compliance initiatives Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
