Land Survey Project ManagerLocation: Southborough, MA Compensation: $110,000-$165,000 (flexible based on experience) + sign-on bonusOverviewA well-established, growing consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor / Survey Manager to lead survey operations, oversee project delivery, and drive client relationships. This is a leadership role with strong visibility, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact on both project execution and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee quality control for all survey deliverables, including plans, plats, and boundary descriptionsManage multiple projects, including staff oversight, scheduling, budgets, and client communicationProvide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholdersLead QA/QC and ensure adherence to safety and quality standardsSupport and participate in business development efforts and client relationship managementMonitor project financials, including budget tracking, billing, and profitabilityMentor and develop staff while contributing to a strong team cultureQualifications8+ years of land surveying experienceProfessional Land Surveyor (PLS/LLS) license in MA, NH, or MEDemonstrated experience in leadership and business developmentProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and internal teamsBachelor's degree preferredWhat They're Looking ForA motivated, results-driven leader who takes ownershipStrong technical expertise paired with client-facing confidenceSomeone who understands project financials and is accountable for results
