System Architect - Long Term Contract - Remote

I'm currently seeking an experienced System Architect for a long-term project with a leading IT consultancy. This individual will lead a SAFe Agile release Train focused on a Cloud Transformation project.This is an initial 6-month contract with extension as part of a multi-year project.Key Responsibilities:Lead ART (Agile Release Train): Oversee cloud migration within the SAFe framework.Cloud Architecture & Strategy: Develop scalable, secure cloud architecture aligned with business goals.Design and Implementation: Design and integrate cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) with existing systems.Collaboration: Work with Agile teams to break down tasks into executable features.Continuous Improvement: Evaluate new technologies and improve cloud strategies.Compliance and Security: Ensure cloud environments meet security and compliance standards.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years in IT architecture and cloud technologies.Experience leading ART in SAFe framework.Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud migration.Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), serverless computing.Experience with security best practices and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).Proven success in large-scale cloud transformation projects.
