It’s kind of a big deal!SummaryABOUT THE JOBThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing both shipping and receiving functions to support efficient warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include accurately handling incoming shipments by verifying contents, tagging materials, and recording inventory movements, as well as executing outbound processes such as picking, packaging, labeling, and routing customer orders. The role requires adherence to customer-specific instructions, proper documentation handling, and safe operation of warehouse equipment. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting inter-facility transfers, and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational standards.CORE DUTIESOrder Fulfillment and ShippingAccurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, maintaining a 100% on-time delivery and picking accuracy rate.Follow customer-specific shipping instructions and select appropriate shipping methods.Inspect products for damage prior to shipment and ensure secure, cost-effective packaging and skid preparation.Label shipments correctly and complete all required documentation.Process and stage inter-facility transfers efficiently.Handle receiving paperwork and ensure accurate product put-away.Prepare and ship customer sample requests as directed by the sales team.Other duties as assigned.Receiving OperationsUnload incoming shipments manually or using material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.Sort and inspect cargo prior to unloading and verify contents against manifests, invoices, or purchase orders.Tag or mark containers with identifying information to ensure proper tracking and storage.Record quantities and item movements using RF guns and MRP systems to maintain accurate inventory records.Repack damaged containers and ensure proper handling of all received goods.Communicate with internal departments or external vendors to resolve discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments.Maintain equipment storage areas to protect inventory and ensure accessibility.Support interdepartmental transfers and inventory staging as needed.Other duties as assigned.Warehouse OperationsOperate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and returned to designated storage areas.Adhere to safety policies and report any unsafe conditions or behaviors promptly.Collaborate with team members to support overall warehouse efficiency and accuracy.About ItcITC is a growing, family-owned company built on thoughtful design, advanced manufacturing, and engineering excellence. Visit our website to apply today.RequirementsJOB DESIRABLES AND REQUIREMENTSEducation/ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.Experience with UPS and online FedEx systems preferred.Proficiency in using MRP systems for shipping and receiving functions (Syteline experience a plus).At least 1 year of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts (must be able to obtain forklift certification).Familiarity with RF gun usage.Physical DemandsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.Capable of standing, sitting, and operating a forklift for 8–10 hours per shift.Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesSolid understanding of warehouse and shipping processes.Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong data entry and mid-level math skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Salary Description$19.25 to $20.75 Per Hour
