The ideal candidate has experience in all facets of pizza production and can maintain quality and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Position SummaryThe Pizza Cook is responsible for preparing pizza dough, assembling pizzas, managing oven execution, and maintaining presentation and quality standards during service. This role requires strong attention to detail, urgency, teamwork, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute pizzas according to recipe and presentation standardsDemonstrate knowledge of dough handling, stretching, topping, baking, and oven managementMaintain consistency, quality, and timing during high-volume serviceEnsure station cleanliness, organization, and food safety complianceAssist with prep, stocking, and station setup/breakdownCommunicate effectively with kitchen team members and leadershipQualifications2–3 years of experience as a Pizza Cook or in pizza production requiredExperience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environmentsStrong understanding of pizza production and kitchen operationsAbility to multitask and remain composed under pressureReliable, team-oriented, and detail-focusedAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays requiredAdditional InformationOur restaurants operate 365 days a year, including holidays.
