Role SummaryThe Office Operations role is responsible for keeping the internal operations of the office running smoothly while leading special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This role owns office operations, administrative systems, and assists with internal workflows and serves as a key support partner to leadership, project managers, and the front office (accounting, etc..).The ideal candidate understands the pace and complexity of construction environments and enjoys creating structure, systems, and efficiencies that allow project teams to focus on building.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administrative Operations:Oversee day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to;Ordering and organizing;Office suppliesAmazon ordersCostcoRing CentralDistribute incoming mailCelebration and party planningSWAGComputer / IT itemsServe as primary point of contact for office vendors (Office Cleaning, Property Management, etc..), service providers, utilities, and administrative needsMaintain organized systems for contracts, project files, permits, correspondence, and recordsSupport HR, including onboarding/offboarding, training coordination, and policy trackingHelp maintain compliance-related documentation (licenses, certificates, training records, etc.)Ensure vehicle tracking and policy is being adhered toSpecial Projects & Process ImprovementLead internal operational projects that improve how projects are executed and supportedIdentify inefficiencies between estimating, project management, field operations, and the officeDocument and standardize workflows such as project kickoff, handoffs, closeout, and internal approvalsImplement and manage construction-related tools or platforms (project tracking, documentation, SOPs)Create repeatable systems that support consistent execution across multiple jobsImprove communication flow between the PMs, and the officeAnticipate operational needs and proactively resolve issues before they impact projectsSupport operational scaling as project volume increasesHelp reinforce a professional, organized, and accountable company cultureKey Traits For SuccessThinks like an owner and takes full responsibility for outcomesProcess-minded but practical—focuses on real-world improvements, not bureaucracyStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailAbility to handle confidentiality Communicates clearly with both office and field personnelComfortable operating independently and making decisionsThrives in a fast-paced, changing environmentOther Qualifications/Physical RequirementsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva and MiterMust be able to lift and carry up to 25 poundsMust be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periodsMay occasionally bend, stoop, or reachSchedule: Mon – Fri / Fully onsiteBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time offWhy Join All Source Co.?At All Source Co. you will be part of a dynamic team that values your contributions and invests in your professional growth.
