AI and Data Solution Architect

Job DescriptionThis role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven digital transformation, operating at the intersection of strategic consulting and hands-on delivery, with high visibility to client leadership. As a Principal Solution Architect, you will be the primary technical strategist for our most complex, high-stakes enterprise engagements. You will provide expertise in Data Engineering architectures and cutting-edge AI/ML applications to solve real-world business challenges. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of deep technical "hands-on-keyboard" expertise and executive-level storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Trusted Advisor: Build long-term relationships with CTOs, CDOs, and Lead Data Scientists, guiding them through the complexities of AI governance, ethics, and scalability.Consulting Driven Delivery: To play the role of trusted advisor to the client by providing consulting for the right solution approach, coordinating with the offshore team to ensure seamless execution. Proactively identifying & managing risk, project roadblocks, resolving escalations, eliminate revenue leakages.Technical Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points. Translate messy data landscapes into elegant, scalable AI/ML roadmaps.Architectural Design: Ability to design production grade solution architecture involving data AI & Cloud.Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the "voice of the customer" for Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback.Technical Requirements:Computer Science Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 6 years of experience in solution consulting, client facing delivery, or project management roles.US Onsite Experience: Proven experience working with US Client at their location.Technology Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of AI Driven Solutions, Digital Transformation, advanced data analytics, advanced cloud infrastructure.AI Expertise: Agentic AI frameworks, GenAI, AI/ML & Data Science, Multi-modal LLM's , Graph Data Science, Big Data, advance Data Engineering, cloud solutions for AI (Azure & GCP AI Stack), MLOps.Soft Skills & Competencies:Trusted Advisor Mentality: High degree of humility, empathy, and integrity in client interactions.Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while managing granular, day-to-day delivery tasks.Influence Without Authority: Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including those in offshore locations.Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate technical jargon into business value for C-suite stakeholders.Adaptability: Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Travel Flexibility: Flexibility of travelling to/working out of client sites in Bay Area.
