Role SummaryAs the Receptionist, you are the face and first impression of our VCC Little Rock office. In this role, you will manage daily front desk operations while supporting multiple departments with administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, and maintaining efficient internal processes. This is a safety sensitive position.What You will be Responsible ForCovers the front desk from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.Handles incoming calls quickly and courteously, helping visitors, and implement front desk emergency procedures as necessary.Conveys caller/visitor information accurately per front desk guidelines & procedures.Maintains office security-following office security policy-ensuring that employees escort all visitors.
