Selected candidates will attend four in-person Interview Days in April to meet regional leaders directly and explore international pathways built for long-term growth.Region Highlight•Regional RD Hub•Opportunity to work and be the part to drive Megatrend Technology such as AI Power Supply Data Center, AI Chip etc•Opportunity for the overseas rotation and travelling•Attractive Career Path within the country or RegionRole & ResponsibilityDevelop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and workflowsAnalyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actionsDesign and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologiesSupport new product introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth transition from development to mass productionCreate and maintain process documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and process flow chartsCollaborate with Quality team to resolve production issues and ensure product complianceConduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issuesOptimize equipment utilization and reduce downtimeWork with suppliers and vendors to improve material quality and manufacturing processesEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsSupport cost reduction initiatives and productivity improvement projectsMinimum and Preferred QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)2–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineeringExperience in Hi-Tech electronics, PCBA, automotive, or related industries is preferredStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systemsExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or TPMFamiliarity with CAD software and process simulation toolsKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)Understanding of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, Fishbone analysis)
