This is not a traditional Human Resources (HR) operations role. It is a high-visibility leadership position for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, communication, and executive influence.In this role, you will serve as a force multiplier for the HR leadership team — connecting priorities, driving integration across complex work streams, and translating business strategy into disciplined action. You will help orchestrate the operating rhythm of the HR team, lead special projects with senior leaders, and ensure the team is aligned, focused, and executing against the highest-impact priorities.This position allows the candidate to be based in one of the following: Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Plano, TX; Chicago, IL; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO.What you will doYou will play a central role in driving alignment, momentum, and execution across the HR organization.Position ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership and IntegrationDrive alignment around key business priorities, people strategies, and HR initiatives across the organizationPartner closely with HR leadership to translate strategic objectives into clear work streams, actions, and deliverablesLead integration across leadership priorities, standard processes, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure progress and follow-throughIdentify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities, and proactively bring forward recommendations and solutionsLead or support special projects on behalf of the HR Director and leadership team, often involving senior stakeholders and enterprise partnersOperational ExcellenceHelp architect and manage the operating cadence for the HR leadership team, including leadership meetings, action tracking, staff rhythms, offsites, and executive reviewsBuild rigor and clarity around deliverables, timelines, priorities, and inter-dependenciesMaintain strategic awareness of organizational priorities and ensure leadership visibility to what matters mostCreate structure in ambiguous environments and bring discipline to fast-moving workExecutive Communication and StorytellingDevelop high-quality executive communications, presentations, talking points, and leadership messagingSupport the creation of compelling content for senior leaders, including business reviews, updates, strategy presentations, and organizational communicationsTranslate complex ideas into clear, concise, visually compelling narratives for executive audiencesEnsure messaging is aligned, polished, and delivered with precision across the HR team and broader leadership forumsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects5+ years of experience in Human ResourcesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Bachelor's degree or higherExperience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)5+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources roleWhy join usThis is a rare opportunity to step into a role with significant visibility, influence, and room to lead.
