Sr Coordinator - Revenue Operations (New York)

A premier international AmLaw firm recognized for advising the world's leading corporations, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and investment funds is seeking a Senior Coordinator – Revenue Operations, Bankruptcy to join its high-performing Finance team in New York.This role sits within the firm's sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring practice, supporting complex, high-profile matters that require strategic oversight of billing, collections, court-related compliance, and revenue operations. The successful candidate will partner closely with attorneys, finance leadership, and key stakeholders to manage the full revenue lifecycle for bankruptcy matters, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of legal finance, client strategy, and operational excellence at one of the world's most respected law firms.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full revenue lifecycle for a portfolio of high-value bankruptcy matters and billing attorneys, ensuring compliance with court requirements, filing deadlines, and client guidelinesServe as a strategic business partner to attorneys and internal stakeholders, advising on billing strategy, inventory management, collections, and revenue optimizationAnalyze and manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to accelerate revenue realization and reduce aged inventory exposureManagement, and operational efficienciesEnsure compliance with applicable financial regulations, billing protocols, and internal governance standards across the revenue cyclePrepare and present financial analysis, reporting, and inventory metrics to partners, finance leadership, and senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision makingMentor and collaborate with cross-functional finance and support teams to maintain exceptional service delivery and operational consistencyCoordinate billing adjustments, credit notes, and matter maintenance activities while identifying opportunities for process improvement and best practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of professional experience, including experience within legal finance, revenue operations, billing, or accounting environmentsPrior exposure to bankruptcy billing, restructuring, and/or complex legal matters strongly preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency with Elite/3EProven ability to build relationships with senior professionals and operate effectively in a client-service focused, high-performance cultureThis is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the most respected firms in the legal industry and contribute to a collaborative team supporting sophisticated, high-profile matters on a global scale.
