Full-Stack Web Application Developer/Technical Lead - Remote, US

For our client, we are seeking a Full-Stack Web Application Developer/Technical Lead to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.This role will lead the development of internal web applications that support mission-critical enterprise operations and user needs across the organization. You will own technical direction for application architecture, stability, and production support while partnering with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. The position combines hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership, with a strong emphasis on performance, maintainability, and reliable delivery in a highly regulated environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annuallyResponsibilities Deliver complete features for internal web applications, covering all phases from design to production support Act as the technical owner for enterprise applications, overseeing architectural decisions and application stability Lead the design of complex features, balancing performance, scalability, and delivery timelines Build efficient modern UIs using Blazor and DevExpress for data-intensive applications Design backend services in C#/.NET with a focus on security and maintainability Optimize data access for Azure SQL, ensuring efficient query performance Support application scalability and security in an Azure-hosted environmentQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in software development, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience Proficiency in C#/.NET for backend logic and APIs Experience with SQL Server/Azure SQL and optimizing data access patterns Knowledge of cloud application development and production operations, particularly in Azure Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBenefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) match and flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules and paid time off Employee assistance programs and parental leave Employee Scholar Program for continued educationOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
