CDL A Truck Driver

Job Description We are seeking motivated and licensed 'Class A Drivers' to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating our truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight. If you have experience with gravel trains, leads and flow-boys, D & L Contracting co is the place to be! At our company, we are always looking for hard working drivers. If you would like to join our team, please refer to the information below:Responsibilities:Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck/18 speedDumping loads/asphalt-pavingProperly track and document activity logReport any issues or incidents to dispatchPre-Trip and Post-trip logsMaintaining a clean cabinDaily check of tractor's fluid levelsFueling up tractors at end of work dayLong HoursWeekend Work (Alternative Work Schedule)Qualifications:Previous experience in truck driving or other related fieldsCommercial driver's licenseAbility to handle physical workloadStrong work ethicAble to drive gravel trains, flow boys, leadsPass a DOT regulated drug testPass an employer road test.
