Subcontract Management Stf - E4

Overview In this role you will lead multifunctional subcontract management teams across the full lifecycle of subcontract procurement and administration for complex, high‑risk programs. You will shape specifications, negotiate terms, and oversee schedules, cost, and technical performance for commercial, DoD, and international contracts. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive procurement strategy and ensure compliance. This position offers impact on mission-critical programs and visibility within the organization.
