Mailroom Clerk
This role is responsible for regular customer interaction at the front counter of the mail center/copy room. Key duties include sorting, preparing, and scanning incoming mail; processing outgoing mail and packages; maintaining supply inventory; fulfilling customer supply requests; and restocking supplies throughout customer areas. The position also involves answering phone calls and emails and delivering excellent customer service during all customer and vendor interactions.The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, organized, accurate, dependable, and eager to learn new processes. The role may occasionally require coverage of the loading dock area.
