Who We Are Pasture and Plenty is a James Beard-nominated restaurant, market and catering business, providing a “Whole Diet” delivery and pick-up meal kit service. We serve high-quality, locally-sourced and prepared daily menus, frozen, ready-to-eat meals, cook kits and pantry items to individuals and families who are hungry for high-quality, healthy meals, but starved for time. We are growing and looking for great people to join us in the fun. Our Market & Cafe (Front of House) team takes care of our community when they come in to eat and shop at Pasture and Plenty. This position reports to the Front of House Manager and Shift Leads. Core Job Responsibilities Welcome guests, provide great service and drive engagement and sales Maintain a clean, organized and well stocked market and dining room Operate the point of sale system, process and fulfill online and in-person orders Make it work every day! Maintain a positive attitude and energy level Preferred Experience and Skills Experience in food service, restaurants, retail or events Entry level barista experience Strong customer service skills, able to communicate confidently with guests, and coworkers Comfort with Point of Sales and online content management systems – and interest to learn more and train others as needed Passion for local food Salary and Benefits $15+/hr DOE, + tipshare (+$1.25-2.50/hr) Paid time off, 401(k), plus supplemental insurance benefits, including accident insurance, vision, dental, short term disability, and life insurance. 25-50% Employee discount including locally sourced and house made meal kits for you and your household Employee meals during shift Hours Hours of work are flexible with the needs of the business.
