Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, including painting, plastering, light electrical, light plumbing, snow removal, and landscaping.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks in apartment units and common areas.Conduct painting and plastering work to maintain interior and exterior aesthetics.Handle light electrical and plumbing repairs and installations.Assist with snow removal during winter months to ensure safe access to the property.Perform landscaping duties to maintain the property's exterior appearance.Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license.Proven experience in apartment maintenance and the specific skills listed above.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Health insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) retirement planCompensation:$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
