You will lead by example, generate new business, close deals, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed expectations. Our General Sales Managers will possess a strong understanding of sales process, metrics, and compensation. GSM professionals who communicate effectively and understand the relevance of establishing and maintaining relationships will thrive in this position.A committed General Sales Manager is dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and developing Sales Representatives. General Sales Managers execute the overall sales strategy and inspire their team to achieve sales and performance objectives.
