Overview In this role you lead Design & Process Engineering to design, optimize, and implement products and manufacturing processes aligned with safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals. You will manage engineering teams responsible for design, process development, NPI, and continuous improvement while ensuring customer and regulatory alignment. You will collaborate across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Sales, and Product Management to drive engineering excellence and efficiency.
