Technical/General Lab Supervisor

Dayton Physicians Network is looking to hire a Technical/General Lab Supervisor to our organization!Summary:Serves as Technical Supervisor and General Supervisor for the in-house moderate complexity laboratory in accordance with CLIA regulations (42 CFR493). Responsible for supervisory oversight, quality management, regulatory compliance, and technical performance of laboratory testing. Ensures accurate specimen processing, equipment maintenance, quality control, and compliance with OSHA, and HIPAA standards. Manages laboratory operations to ensure clinical and operational standards are met and quality patient care is provided.Schedule: Monday through FridayEvening/Night Shift (8-hour shifts)4:30 PM – 1:00 AM or10:30 PM – 7:00 AMSome flexibility with shift scheduling may be available based on departmental needs.Additional Information:Training sessions and departmental meetings may occasionally be scheduled during daytime hours, and attendance may be required.Why work for Dayton Physician's Network?
